St. Joseph County Park Passes

County Resident Passes

Vehicle Entry: FREE

Park entry by vehicle is free to all St. Joseph County residents. Entry by kayak, foot, or bicycle is also free and does not require registration. While not required, we recommend residents request an Annual Sticker to help us track park usage. There is no charge for additional stickers.

How to get your sticker:

  • Call the Parks Office: (269) 467-5519
  • Visit the Drain Commissioner or MSU Extension Offices (Centreville)
  • Ask any park operator on-site

Non-Resident Passes

Day Pass: $5 | Annual: $35

Non-county residents are required to register their vehicle. If you walk or ride your bike into the park, entry is free of charge. A vehicle pass covers all individuals inside your vehicle. Day Passes should be displayed on your dashboard; Annual Passes must be adhered to the lower right corner of your windshield.

Where to purchase:

  • At the Park: Cade Lake, Meyer Broadway, or Sand Lake (when attendant present)
  • Self-Registration: Complete the form and use the on-site lock box
  • Parks Office: Call (269) 467-5519 for hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The Michigan State Park “Recreation Passport” (on your license plate) is NOT VALID for entry to St. Joseph County Parks.
