This auction is a combined sale between the counties of Allegan, Cass, Ottawa, St. Joseph and Van Buren.

All announcements made on the day of sale supercede any and all prior announcents, terms and conditions. The County Treasuruer reserves the right to withhold any listed parcel from sale, or to cancel any sale up to and including the time of delivery of the deed to the purchaser for any reason at their sole discreation.
