Rawson's King Mill Park located just outside of Leonidas on King Road is a perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. You can choose one of the islands or behind the mill on the scenic Nottawa Creek.

 

Wedding / Rehearsal Reservation Fees

Fee for reserving an area in the park:	$75.00
(Note: The other areas of the park are still open to the public)
Folding Chairs (50 total, color - gray)	$1.00 each
Separate reservation and fee for wedding rehearsal at the park:	$30.00
* Reservation fees are non-refundable

 

 

Wedding Reservation Features

Choose your location: one of the islands or behind the mill on the scenic Nottawa Creek.

Wedding capacity is 100 people.

Arched wedding arbor is available at no additional charge.
Measurements: Opening - 6 1/2' wide and 7 1/2' tall in center. Sides -10" wide and 6' tall.

Park benches may be used at no additional charge.
12 - 5' natural oak benches, which hold three people, and 12 - 3' brown benches, which hold two people, are available.
(Note: park benches have no back.)

Electricity is available behind the mill (for wedding ceremony only).

Please note on reservation form any of the above items that are needed and the area of the park that will be utilized.

 

Wedding Reservation Guidelines

No alcohol is permitted!

No staples, pins, nails, etc on park structures.Please use tape or wire for attaching items to our park structures.

Set up and clean up must be completed the day of the wedding.

Tents or other special decorations must be approved by St. Joseph County Parks.
