The Land Resource Centre is comprised of two divisions - Equalization and Geographic Information Systems. While each division has its unique responsibilities, our service is distinctly singular when our customers walk through the door.

Equalization

Equalization maintains a property information database for the County's 33,000 plus parcels. Ownership, property descriptions, school districts, property taxes and tax rates, property sales history and trends, and a host of other land-related information.

Geographic Information Systems

The GIS Department is responsible for maintaining the County’s mapping data such as parcels, roads, addresses, and water features. This office also creates a variety of maps using the wide range of information available.
