Under the supervision of the Nutrition Manager, prepares meals for senior citizens of the County. Reviews menu plans, plans cooking schedules, and prepares a variety of meals. Supervises kitchen staff and kitchen volunteers. Maintains sanitary conditions in kitchen, serving and storage areas. Orders, stocks and rotates food products and supplies.
