| SMILE (Start Making It Livable for Everyone) is a one
session, 90 minute educational program held once a month
for parents with a new domestic relations case in St.
Joseph County. Parents who have a pending divorce case
with minor children are required to attend
this program. They receive a letter, signed by their
Judge, notifying them of their scheduled meeting. The
program is held in the lower level meeting rooms of the
New Courts Building, Centreville, MI.

The program assists parents to better understand the
effects of divorce, the needs of their children and how to
promote their children's healthy adjustment to divorce.
